Tjeerd Bloembergen stond in 2002 aan de wieg van Databasement en heeft dat bedrijf uitgebouwd tot een van de belangrijkste leveranciers van oplossingen voor databeheer in de Benelux en Spanje. Na de overname door de internationale storagespecialist PROACT bleef Bloembergen aan als Business Unit Manager.
Na zijn tijd daar is Bloembergen CEO geweest bij RedSocks Security, een gespecialiseerde leverancier van oplossingen voor netwerkbeveiliging en threat detection.

Hij specialiseerde zich vervolgens in de inkoop van netwerkapparatuur en business development en gaf als sales director een duidelijke richting aan hardware provider GHS.
Vervolgens leidde hij als directeur van Fino Enterprises diverse business development projecten voor verscheidene opdrachtgevers.
