Jouw nieuwe functie<\/h2>\n

Als\u00a0Inside Sales Representative\u00a0kom je te werken in een klein maar snel groeiend team. Je bent \u201cde spin in het web\u201d met een focus op sales; commercieel contact met klanten en onze internationale leveranciers staat centraal. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het bouwen aan relaties met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten, opdrachtafhandeling en administratie. Doordat je de eerste bent binnen ons bedrijf met deze functie kun je richting geven aan de invulling van het werk. Je hebt een voortrekkersrol, en bij gebleken geschiktheid en groei van de organisatie kun je in de toekomst mogelijk leidinggeven aan ons customer care team,<\/p>\n

Jouw profiel<\/h2>\n

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring op een commerci\u00eble binnendienst rol en beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau. Affiniteit met technische en\/of logistieke processen is een pre. Je vindt het fijn om in een nuchtere no-nonsens cultuur te werken waarbij je samen, ook in hectische tijden, de klus altijd weer weet te klaren. Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal is belangrijk in deze functie.<\/p>\n

De arbeidsvoorwaarden<\/h2>\n

Je wordt ingewerkt door de partners met een inwerktraject op maat, waarbij je de mogelijkheid wordt geboden om aanvullende cursussen te volgen. De organisatie is klein maar snelgroeiend, dus hier liggen allerlei kansen om met de organisatie mee te ontwikkelen. Naast een goed basissalaris en een bonus heb je 25 vakantiedagen.<\/p>\n

Inframotion is gevestigd in Wassenaar. Het bedrijf is opgericht door 2 ervaren IT-ondernemers die weten hoe ze een bedrijf moeten laten groeien en een uitstekend internationaal (brokerage) netwerk hebben. Het karakter van de activiteiten is mede daardoor internationaal geori\u00ebnteerd.<\/p>\n
